The Town of McCordsville has a business-friendly climate that encourages new commercial and industrial development. The Town Council was recently presented with the findings of a months long study of potential growth areas from a team of professionals from Schmidt Associates, Umbaugh, Transportation Solutions and Whitaker Engineering. The team identified growth opportunity areas and examined the impacts of growth in the area of financial impacts, utilities and transportation. The outcome of the report will help guide the Town Council in future growth-related discussions.
