Pay Bill Online

Debit or Credit Card:  You may pay your bill online with a debit or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).  You will be directed to a 3rd party website in order to process your card for payment.  Your transaction will be secure and your information will be used for validating information in the processing of your bill.  The 3rd party does charge a convenience fee of $2.95 for this service.  To pay your bill over the internet you must first obtain a PIN from the Utility Office, please call 335-1044.  To use our online credit card payment service click on the following link:

E-check Online:  To make a payment using your checking or savings account, you will need to log into our pay bill website at: You will need the book; account number and PIN for the account you wish to make a payment for. You'll see an "E-Check" option on the Make a Payment page. Just choose E-check and provide the requested information. As with all payment processed through Official Payments you will be charged a $ 2.95 convenience fee for each transaction.  In order to use "Checking or Savings Account" as a payment option, you will need to provide your banks routing number and account number. Routing numbers are always nine (9) digits long. Account numbers may be up to seventeen (17) digits long. 

Interactive Voice Response: 

In addition to our online payment service, Official Payments also offers a convenient payment service via telephone. The automated system will take you step-by-step through the simple payment process. The average phone call takes only three to four minutes. Call toll-free at 1-888-272-9829. You will need to use jurisdiction code: 2439 along with the book, account number and pin for the account you wish to make a payment for. A $2.95 convenience fee will be charged by Official Payments for each transaction.


Official Payments  

Official Payments Corporation is our current electronic payment vendor. They offer the option to create an account on their website. This will allow you to utilize their features. Some of the features are; ability to have email reminders for upcoming payments, schedule payments in advance, payment and confirmations histories are available as well as E-wallet. E-wallet securely retains your payment information, for a quick and easy access when making your payments in a hurry.

All payments completed using our Official Payments will take two (2) business days to be received by the Town of McCordsville Utility Department.
