Citizens Complaint Procedure & Form

The McCordsville Police Department has now developed an effective way for citizens to report their complaints regarding a police officer's conduct.  This document is downloadable and ready for printing.  It is a PDF format document capable of being read with an Adobe Acrobat reader.  For those users who do not have an Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download one free at www.adobe.com.
 
It is the belief of the officers and administration of the McCordsville Police Department that they will better serve the community when citizens have access to a method of reporting possible police misconduct.
 
The form is self explanitory and "must" be signed by the person filing the complaint.  Persons under the age of eighteen may also use this form providing your parent or legal guardian also signs the complaint.
