SERVICE ASSOCIATED SCHEDULE OF FEES
   
Vehicle Crash Report $5.00 locally, or may be purchased on-line at www.buycrash.com
Case / Incident Report $5.00 fee for all reports, other than Domestic Violence report  
when requested by the victim.      
Fingerprinting $10.00, per card, for all persons not residing within the corporate
limits of the Town of McCordsville.      
Vehicle Identification Number Inspection $5.00 per inspection, for all persons not residing within the   
corporate limits of the Town of McCordsville.    
Boat Hull Identification Number Inspection $5.00 per inspection, for all persons not residing within the   
corporate limits of the Town of McCordsville.    
Disclosable photographs 1.)  $10.00 for photographs reproduced by the McCordsville Police.
2.)  $2.00 for photographs reproduced by an outside vendor,  plus
       the cost of the outside vendor.      
Disclosable audio  1.)  $10.00 for photographs reproduced by the McCordsville Police.
2.)  $2.00 for photographs reproduced by an outside vendor,  plus
       the cost of the outside vendor.      
Disclosable video 1.)  $10.00 for photographs reproduced by the McCordsville Police.
2.)  $2.00 for photographs reproduced by an outside vendor,  plus
       the cost of the outside vendor.  
Disclosable documents $0.10 per page, for pages in excess of ten (10) pages.  
Handgun Permits / License Four (4) year license -    
a.) $10.00 to the McCordsville Police Department  
b.) $30.00 to the State of Indiana  
Lifetime license - Current Indiana Permit  
a.) $40.00 to the McCordsville Police Department  
b.) $60.00 to the State of Indiana  
Lifetime license - Expired Indiana License / No Permit  
a.) $50.00 to the McCordsville Police Department  
b.) $75.00 to the State of Indiana  
Retired police officer, corrections officer or firearms dealer  
shall be fee exempt.  
Clerk / Employee Certification of Record $5.00 in addition to the original record's fee
