Villages at Brookside, Section 3B

Fischer Homes' submittal for Development Plan Review and a Secondary Plat consisting of 29 lots on approximately 8.5 acres.  The property is located southwest of the Villages of Brookside traffic circle (Tanglewood Drive) and is zoned Villages at Brookside PUD.  The plan sets were originally created by Civil Designs, the current engineer for the project is Stoeppelwerth & Associates.
