For sewer, trash and stormwater monthly customers:   

All residential customers are billed sewer, trash, and stormwater fees monthly.  Bills are mailed by the 30th of the month or emailed if you have opted for the paperless billing option and payment is due on the 15th of the next month.  If payment is not received by the 15th a 10% penalty of the billed amount is added to the bill.

 

For residential stormwater and trash only customers (homes on septic): 

All parcels will receive stormwater bills monthly.  Bills are mailed by the 30th of the month and payment is due on the 15th of the next month.  If payment is not received by the 15th, a 10% penalty of the billed amount is added to the bill.

 

For undeveloped commercial and agricultural parcels: 

These parcels will receive yearly stormwater bills.  Bills are mailed by the 30th of the month and payment is due on the15th of the next month.  If payment is not received by the 15th day, a 10% penalty of the billed amount is added to the bill.

You may also pay your bill by mail, over the phone*, or in person at the Utility Office.  We currently accept payments made with cash, check, money order, debit* and credit card*.  For your convenience, a drop box for your utility bill payment is located inside the front doors at Town Hall.  Or, your monthly bill can be taken directly out of your checking or savings account at no extra fee each month by filling out and submitting this form: ACH Form - for auto deduction
