Indiana recently has made some changes in the process in which you apply for a permit to carry a handgun.  One such change is a citizen's ability to apply for a "life-time" permit.  Another change is the addition of fingerprinting both hands on a designated fingerprint card.  The process for applying for a gun permit, through the McCordsville Police Department, is listed below.
