Professional Profile

Larry is serving in his second term on the McCordsville Town Council.  He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry working in construction project management, preconstruction, due diligence, and project sales. Throughout his career, Larry has been involved in over 150 projects exceeding 27 million square feet in developed size and valued at over $1.2 billion. He is active with the community serving on the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Lock-Up events, United Way of Central Indiana, Harvest Church, Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation Feasibility Task Force and Oaklandon Youth Organization Girls Softball Coach.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute Leadership Series.  Larry is a 2008 Hoosier Fellow and twice recognized by Junior Achievement as a finalist for Indy's Best and Brightest.  He and his wife Jennifer are the parents of two daughters. Larry and his wife are natives of the northeast side of Indianapolis and he credits his early interest in Government as being "Mayor for a Day" in the City of Lawrence, Indiana and his attendance at Hoosier Boys State while in high school. Larry also serves as the Council liaison to the Redevelopment Commission.
