This Planning & Zoning Committee is responsible for reviewing housing and other developments within the Town to ensure the development complies with the regulations of the Town. The Planning and Zoning Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Hancock County Area Plan Commission.
The committee consists of five (5) voting members and two (2) ex-officio members. The five voting members must be residents of the Town or owners of property within the Town limits.
